Rumblebees
Beltway Martial Arts offers classes for children as young as 5 years old. The classes have three main focuses: character development, developing effective self defense skills, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. We blend Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and striking arts, drills to improve physical and mental skills, and positive values.

Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on the use of leverage and technique to overcome an opponent's size and strength. Classes include warm-up stretches, practicing techniques, and sparring with partners. These skills are vital for real life self-defense as well as competitive martial arts. While Brazilian jiu jitsu is a full contact sport, we maintain high standards for safe training.

Adult Kickboxing
Adult Kickboxing classes combine techniques and drills from several different striking arts including Muay Thai, Boxing, and MMA. Each class should have you sweating and smiling as you practice the techniques on targets, pads, and with partners. While kickboxing is a full contact sport, we maintain high standards for safe training.

Group Fitness

Group Fitness classes combine body weight exercises, light weights, and circuit training to give you a full body workout.
